Our dedicated team are experts in sports physiotherapy, and in addition to injury prevention/rehabilitation, hands-on treatments and conditioning support, we are able to provide advice on adjusting training quantity/intensity to improve performance without causing injury.
We have every resource on hand at our Gladesvcille centre to bring about a safe, timely return to sport and full fitness. Our facilities are fully-equipped with 5 private treatment rooms, diagnostic and assessment equipment, an onsite gym, and even a Clinical Pilates studio to ensure that you receive the highest standard of care.

As well as facilitating recovery, our aim is to identify any imbalances in the body that may have contributed to your injury—and to not only rehabilitate that injury back to full function in the shortest time possible, but also to prevent any recurrent or related issues moving forward. We can also provide advice around training volume, recommendations or limitations to help you avoid overuse injuries—which are preventable but can be career-ending.
Performance Enhancement

Pre-Season Sports Screening
Before a season starts, we can conduct a comprehensive assessment of your, or your athlete’s condition to identify risk factors for injury, imbalances and weaknesses that could impact performance over the upcoming season—as well as detecting any existing injuries/niggles early. Let’s make sure you or your athletes are in tip-top shape before the season starts—or at worst, know exactly what you need to do to get (them) there.
On Field/Pregame Support
We work with many local sporting clubs and schools across Sydney’s Northern Districts to provide pre-game and on-field injury management (including kinesiology taping, strapping of ankles, knees and shoulders) and pre-game warm-ups (including sports massage)
